Lead Dental Nurse

Jade has worked with us at Ferring Dental Practice since 2017 and is one of two lead dental nurses at the practice. Her role involves ensuring the practice runs efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. Jade really enjoys working with her team, and feels they motivate her as much as she motivates them. Prior to working at Ferring Dental Practice, Jade worked in orthodontics and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the patient journey from beginning to end, watching how happy patients were with their transformed smiles. We do orthodontics here too, so she can continue to be a part of that journey.

Outside of the practice, Jade loves to spend time with her family; she has a daughter, stepson and stepdaughter, and making good memories is very important to her. Her hobbies include going for walks along the beach and gardening, which she finds very therapeutic. Jade spent a month in Ghana in 2010 and really enjoyed being there, she says it “makes you humble and appreciative of what you have”.

Jade strives to ensure her team are in a positive working environment, and every day she demonstrates one of her favourite quotes – ‘teamwork makes the dream work’!
