Receptionist

Olivia joined the practice in October 2024 and her role as a receptionist involves welcoming patients, booking appointments, taking payments, discussing memberships and helping with any queries you may have. Olivia has a very diverse background which includes qualifying as a midwife back in 2017. She has always loved gymnastics and worked initially as a coach, and then a club manager. Olivia also worked as a sales negotiator and lettings administrator before joining the team here at Ferring Dental Practice.

Olivia is motivated by working within a team of supportive and friendly people and says that having the same values and ethics as others within the team means everyone is aiming for common results. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys renovating her house and taking on DIY projects. She also likes to spend as much time as possible outside with her two children and seeing lots of her family and friends.
