What is snoring & sleep apnoea?
In many cases, the cause of snoring is the lower jaw dropping back in your sleep and allowing the tongue to partially close the airway. If this is the cause of the snoring, we can fit an appliance that is worn at night and helps to hold the jaw forward, giving you a better night’s sleep and your partner a peaceful night.

We scan the mouth, and the lab makes the bespoke appliance which we then fit and teach you how to use it.
